Tomahawk B450 MAX - BIOS wiped out Realtek

I've updated my BIOS (to the latest stable version) for the first time in 5 years or so for Tomahawk B450 MAX motherboard and suddenly I had lost option to select Realtek Audio as my Audio output (effectively losing all audio capabilities for me). I've tried multiple restarts with enable/disable of HD audio in BIOS, tried starting services manually also when Realtek Audio Console boots it says: "Can not connect to RPC service". Nothing yet worked...

Any ideas how to fix this issue?

See if there are any Firmware updates for the board in MSI Centre.

I had installed MSI Center and scanned for drivers. There were new Realtek PCIe drivers avaliable which i succesfully installed and restarted my machine. This did not help unfortunately as Realtek still doesnt show in device menager or nowhere and is not usable. I was thinking about downgrading my BIOS but i have relatively new CPU and i don't know at which point Realtek broke...

Which BIOS version did your MB have before updating?
If you upgraded to a new CPU, switch back to the previous CPU & BIOS version then check again.

Did you run the MSI Centre Live Update Advanced scan

Yeah, I just now perfromed advanced scan. After it I had installed new "Flash BIOS button" drivers but it did not fix the issue. Realtek is still not present in my Device Menager list still unable to use it.

Honestly I don't have time nor resources to pursue this troubleshooting hunt involving changing my CPUs back and forth. I'm much better of buying cheap audio card for my PC. But If you guys ever figure out what could be done to get my Realtek Support back I would be happy to implement and test your fixes (if they don't involve much more invasion into the hardware!).
