Touch screen and sound not working after bios update

Hello all, I have a Summit A16+ai laptop and did the bios update to solve the screen flickering issue, we'll just like the title says the touchscreen and sound no longer work after the latest bios update. Any help would be appreciated. Ive done everything short of reinstalling windows 11 that tech support advise me to do. My laptop is Summit A16 AI+ A3HMTG-015US

EC reset, and is there any error showing under the device manager?
 
Are you running a Windows system or others? I've heard that the drivers on other models might not be compatible with Linux system.
 
Have you tried EC reset? If EC reset still cannot fix the problem, then you should contact the service center for assistance.
