Touch Screen Only work of the upper part of the screen

I just got my Z16P 2 days ago. My touch screen has an issue which I can not fix it. The touch area ( also with MSI pen touch area) is only a 2" Heigh from the top of the screen. I have recorded a gif for your reference. But when I use the calibrate to fix it, it is not working. it should the touch area is not parallel with the screen. You can see in my gif, that I still can "touch" the bottom point of the screen, but only the point is at the 2" from the top area but not the bottom point. I am not sure if this is a system problem I can fix by updating some system or if I have to send it back and repair it. please help, thank you again.

it just arrive in 1/2 day and I find that issue... I never get a chance to drop it at all... now is fixing it. it said a factory issue, now travel back to factory....
