Touch work bad

Good morning,

I don't know if anyone can help me but I have a problem with an MSI model MS-AA81 touch screen or if I'm on a browser window it automatically clicks on another, looking closely it seems as if you detect a touch on the touch but in reality no one has touched anything

1.Multi-Touch should be optical type and please keep the screen cleaning anytime.
2. Any dust, sunshine or strong light will be affect the touch function of optical type.
3. Please DON’T use Tablet PC setting in control panel to calibrate.
