TPM for Z87-G41 PC Mate

MB has 14-pin header for plug-in TPM module. I've done some Googling, but this old timer is confused!

My goal is to upgrade the OS from Win 10 to Win 11.
Will this MB accommodate TPM 2.x or will it handle only TPM 1.2?
Will Win 11 accept either of these versions for upgrade purposes?
Where can I buy the correct version of 14-pin TPM module that would allow upgrade from Win 10 to Win 11? (Link would be helpful.)
Lastly, what would be the correct steps to install/implement the TPM module?

Your hardware does not support Windows 11 you need a Gen 7 or later Intel CPU
PC Mate was a Gen 4 or 5 CPU
