Tracking repaired laptop after shipped

My laptop was shipped after being repaired but I don't have a tracking number. It says it was shipped by Q-ERE but I can't find any info. Any ideas how to track my laptop?
 
Without more information regarding it, it's really hard to even begin helping.

At this point, best anyone here can probably suggest is contacting MSI directly about it and seeing if they can help.
