Hi all,

I've seen news about MSI's Z490 and RTX 3000 series support for resizable bar has been out. Driver is up to date but in the Nvidia's sys info showing resizable bar is not enabled for the RTX 3080. I'm aware that the ReBar needs all three gpu driver, mobo bios and gpu bios but I can't seems to see any updates from the latest Dragon Center nor the support site.

This Trident X 10 seems to have a MEG Z490i Unify mobo but the bios is different for both Trident X 10 and MEG Z490i Unify download page.

Is the desktop version of the bios is a form of package? Can it be flashed separately, I mean using the bios from each mobo and gpu download page? Anyone with the MEG Trident X 10 can share their experience enabling the ReBar?

Why not? It has the same z490i unify board only seems to be flashed with a different bios. Hearing this now made me worried about the 11th gen PCI-E 4 future upgrade support for MSI Trident X 10 desktops with z490. Oh my this is not a cheap desktop to crippled all these support MSI.

Hi

Reality is, you have to complain directly to MSI support. >>How to contact MSI.<<
It might be eventually added, though prebuilt systems tend to get less updates unless something is critical or unstable.
Not to mention, rebar won't give you much, if anything. Hardly any game can make use of that. I have a board and rtx30 card that can do that, but I don't bother updating as extra 3fps in 1 game out of 100 is not worth my time and risk of bricking board or card.

I understand this is a support forum and had open ticket with MSI. Just hoping this will create awareness for MSI to push the updates sooner on their not-really-cheap desktops. Not just for this ReBar but PCI-E 4 as well for future upgrades.
