Before we get into the details, let's take this back to when things did work as intended: Upon the early days of getting my PC, I was able to plug in my Sennheiser GSP 302 Headset and get an audio jack pop-up notification from the MSI Realtek service asking which device I plugged in, and if I clicked the notification itself it'd open the program. I don't know but I can likely assume I for some reason disabled that pop-up considering it automatically detects and connects my headset upon plugging it into the audio jack.
I would like to mention I'm wanting to access this for the sake of resetting my headphone's EQ settings that I might've tampered with for whatever reason, but that's aside the point.

Here's all of my Realtek Program Files folders:
C:\Program Files\Realtek\Audio\ASIO
└ RTASIOCP64.dll
program files realtek.png

C:\Program Files (x86)\Realtek\Audio
└ SetupAfterRebootService.InstallLog
C:\Program Files (x86)\Realtek\Audio\ASIO
| └ RTASIOCP.dll
C:\Program Files (x86)\Realtek\Audio\Drivers
└ Display.ico
└ USetup.iss
program files (x86) realtek.png

At some point, somewhere in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Realtek\Audio directory (likely the Drivers section) there was a setup for the audio driver, and every time I ran it, it failed to complete due to another program's interference (I think the error code might've been -3004 or -34, something along those lines) I'm not sure what it may be but I can't run the setup.

Also I think it should be worth mentioning:
- The Realtek Audio Console from Microsoft Store isn't compatible with my device either.
- The only ASIO drivers I have are ASIO4ALL and Realtek. (and FL Studio but that's exclusive to that software only obviously)

If anyone would need to know the specs of my computer for some reason, here you go:
MONITOR: MSI Optix G24C4 23.6" 1920x1080 144hz
CPU: Intel 12-Core i7-12700K
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (Two 16GB 2x8 Sticks) DDR4-3200 CL16
GPU: Zotac GeForce RTX 3060 Ti (Twin Edge OC)
MOTHERBOARD: MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4 ATX LGA1700
STORAGE: Crucial MX500 2TB SSD / Western Digital Blue SN550 M.2-2280 NVME SSD
CASE: Corsair iCUE 4000X RGB ATX Mid-Tower
POWER SUPPLY: 2019 Corsair RM850x Full-Modular ATX

TL/DR: I need some help accessing MSI Realtek Universal Driver/Audio Manager. Some bits of Realtek stuff I've downloaded/tested are incompatible with my device, earlier setup programs for said Realtek drivers don't function correctly, and I generally am just looking for some overall guidance. Thank you.
