turbo setting increases gpu & video memory

my system is running great, no complaints, except i noticed that my R9800 gpu core increased to 391(from 378), and the ddr on the card is up to 351(338) when using the 'turbo' over the 'fast' setting in the bios(Advanced chipset). Anyone know what the turbo setting does, is it increasing the agp frequency? And exactly what else does 'turbo' do?

Not sure, I know on my K8T NEO FISR the turbo setting causes some image ghosting and image distortion while XP is booting. Once XP booted, everything looked fine. I did not feel good about this so I am currently running in FAST mode. I am on day 2 of ownership of the Athlon 64 3400+ I am still too much of a noob with this product to help.

Mine works fine in Turbo. In fact it seems to run better there. This may be sue to setup, drivers or RAM though. I am not real sure.
