TV@Anywhere Plus and vista sp1

hi all
Help me! Instal this morning sp1 for vista and my TV@Anywhere Plus dont work. When start aplication TV@Anywhere Plus i see "invalid floating point"
Driver download from here http://global.msi.com.tw/index.php?func=downloaddetail&type=driver&maincat_no=132&prod_no=616

Please be more specific about which version of Vista you have ???

Also, please read the >>Posting Guide<< and provide more info on your system.

Did it work before you installed SP1? Can you uninstall it and try again? Vista SP1 has been known to screw many applications up...

Yes tuner work before install sp1. Yes, I  uninstall and try again. Effect=0! Error "invalid floating point" and shutdown programme :(

Well as Stu said that is Vista problem. SP1 has compatibility troubles, your tuner driver/application seems to be affected too.

If you want to use Vista do not install SP1, since issue comes there.

If such is the case you should wait SP1 to be officially released 1st...

OK, so Vista SP1 is officially released, and like naturalcat said, the TV@nywhere Plus doesn't work with SP1. I uninstalled SP1 and it worked again. Any idea when MSI will release a Vista SP1 compatible version of the TV@nywhere Plus driver/software?

You'd have to ask MSI, we have no idea here. Log a support request at http://ocss.msi.com.tw

Bought last week this card also, becausse it was written "Vista Certified"..... Worked fine until Vista updated to SP1
Seems that Linux have more driversupport already than Vista................

Thanks, I got it to work now.  This is basic low cost analog card but I bought it because MSI was behind it and figured they would get the drivers worked out. 

Next stop, the thread on how to get it working with Vista Media Centre

hello

when i try install  the patch ,i get an error : we cant find any product on your pc

and so it doesnt work
please help me

edit : the patch is for the plus version , but i have the pro version , is there another patch ??

Plus and Pro are different cards, if you're having a problem, please read the >>Posting Guide<<, describe your problem in detail, and start your own new topic!

I've used my card successfully under Xp but have now moved to Vista SP1. I installed the card, then the software, rebooted and applied the patch but I still get the "Floating Point" error message. Am I missing something here?

Should I install the software first then the HW?
Is this the correct order?
- Install HW
- Boot
- Vista_TV@Anywhere_Plus
- Vista_PVRPlus
Reboot
- Patch(TV@Anywhere for Vista SP1)

Anything else I need to do?
