I have a TV Anywhere Plus Card installed correctly on my XP Pro machine.
It was working fine and I stupidly decided to upgrade to the latest drivers available from the MSI download.
I lost my sound. After advice from Tech Support online I uninstalled and reinstalled several times to try to get it working - no luck. I went back to the original disc version after uninstalling again. Still no luck.
I have spotted what may be a problem in the installation. When I reinstall from the original disc I get a different screen than shown in the manual to select sound.
According to the manual I should get the option of 'line in' for sound selection.
Instead, I get a series of choices 'wave' 'SW synth' 'spdif' 'front' 'rear' 'woofer' 'subwoofer' and various others.
I cannot select 'line in'.
Any help gratefully appreciated
