Again, first off I want to say that I have not yet purchased Tv@nywhere but is considering getting one of these CX23880 chipset tv/capture cards.
I earlier posted that some people use Prolink Pixelview Play TV HD driver on TV@nywhere with some improvement.

Now Asus has come up with a new CX23880 tv card:

Notably it is "the first TV tuner card to attain Microsoft® CX23880 WHQL Certification". Also, it claims to "Supports STEREO and SAP modes while watching TV"
So now, you might consider using this driver from Asus over your TV@nywhere. The driver
