TV@nywhere Master problem

On my new machine i can't run Intervideo MSIPVS or MSI Radio, but on older config runs without problem with same OS!
MSIPVS pop up error message which is:
Faulting application windvr.exe, version 2.0.34.198, faulting module libaci.dll,
version 2.0.34.198, fault address 0x000038c0.
MSI Radio just reboot computer!

I have:
MB Gigabyte GA-M52L-S3
CPU AMD Athlon 64X2 5200+
Graphic ATI Radeon HD 3650
RAM 2GB DDR2-800
Win XPPro SP3

I didn't found MSIPVS on their site, however, WINDVR3 don't have MSI Radio included and MSIRadio_8606 have same problem as before!

Don't work! Only difference is that now program starts  but after 5 seconds shuts down just like Paparazzi wrote in https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=107765.0
Radio still reboots system!
