TV@nywhere plus no start

i just bought a TV@nywhere plus i installed it and all the drivers .i get the menu that comes up on the screen to pick what you want to like DTV,FM,BURN but it wont even start up no message just no start

I've been reading forums over and over ... well i uninstalled ,reinstalled with the patch tried  and tried but no go..
ay help would be very helpful

Do you have the CD it came with or did you download the stuff for it?

yes i have the cd ,but i tried both ..

Have you tried the Dell forums for any help there? Can you post a screenshot of what you do get? Do you even get this?:

yes that is what i get ,all work but the FM,and DTV buttons .

well i did what y'all told me to do try it in another computer. tried it in a p4 running vista and it was also a no go ,same thing .tried one more time different pc P3 running XP and guess what the same thing dvt wont run fm wont run. so i think maybe its the card ..

Just push PWR button on your remote contoler and TV will open. Else in a try(where the clock is) you have an icon from remote controler. Right click on it and choose the right thing.
If you don't have this you didnt install all software you need.

Download all from this page and try again.

i got that on the p4 but nothing at all with rest
also in device manager on the XP it did not see it ,then about 5 min later it seen it.
i'am lost.

Well the picture in my last post (Reply #8) is with software and drivers installed but not the card. I have a new MB and since it's not in the case yet the TV@+ is not installed either but the drivers and software are.

Did you follow the instructions by the manual and install the card 1st and then drivers/software? (PVR & remote control)

Do the TV Remote Control & Scheduled Recording Agent appear in your system tray? Try the card in the next last PCI slot or the last (bottom) one.
