tv@nywhere sound problem

I just purchased a TV@nywhere. When I change channels the sound quits. I can get it back if I open the setup screen and click 'apply' or if I pause the video and then click stop and then play the sound comes back on?

I've tried downloading the latest drivers but they didn't make any difference.

The remote control doesn't work either.

OK I uninstalled ALL drivers for anything video related and reinstalled the latest drivers and software. Now the sound does not die when I change channels but all of the channels are MONO and I can't select stereo in the setup screen?

If the driver issues are solved this will be a good product.

P.S. My remote still does not work.
