I have a sporadic clicking noise every so often while having the card just sitting on and during recorded play.  When it is clicking, i pulled the AV cords out, but it kept clicking, so I know it is the card. Unfortunately, it also records the clicking in the movies, otherwise I would ignore it. I am using TV@nywhere Plus

I have plenty of space, ram, and processor to run it find, this is the only problem I have with the hardware

And yes, I have the latest drivers.

Is there a setting somewhere I am missing to turn this clicking off, or is it a defunct card?

Have you resolved this problem. I just bought a new card and get the same clicking sound on 64bit Vista..I even bought a new Motherboard!! Still the same I think it is a DRIVER

Has anybody managed to resolve this issue?

I'm experiencing the same problem. Vista 64bit, and it crackles only when the card is in use.
