TV out Again...

Ok. Here is my problem...
I have a GF2MX400 64MbSDRAM with TV-out.
my tv supports both NTSC and PAL systems but when i set it to NTSC the picture is perfect but WITHOUT color X( . In PAL the picture is a little blurry and the color is coming and going, with a lot of colored orizontal tripes.
What must i do to see a movie on the TV like on my monitor??? ;( ;(

Specs:
AMD K6-2 500Mhz
VIA MVP3 based MB
196 MB SDRAM
WD 40 Gb HDD
Genius Live Sound Card.

:D first check if your tv set is multi system, second GET TV TOOL is a great soft that will helo you handle the tv feature.

Been there done that...
tryed them all (including tv tool) and the same problem...
I tryed all Detonator drivers (not 40 yet) including the MSI ones but...
