Does that card work alone with rgb effects (without crossfire and other card removed)?

Did you test the card that is not working with both alone? One or two does not really help.

I tested it with two and inverted the order to check if it was the card's rgb, and by always inverting slot 1 pci-e the program can check the rgb in the second slot it doesn't recognize as if I were using a second card, so the led stays red without color change, by the tests I performed there is no defect in the video card, so I understand the dragon center is not supporting controlling two video cards and controlling their simultaneous rgb

What means stopped. Simply remove the first card from the system and replace it with the second.

I believe you did not understand, so both cards work perfectly with RGB, and the color change manager only works on one when I have both cards connected to the motherboard, I believe there is some incompatibility of the RGB management program that does not can recognize two video cards in the computer in the video I sent by chance when I put the second card he only managed the second leaving the first unmanaged but he just happened to manage the rgb of the first and not manage the second, with this report I believe that the understanding became clearer.

I guess you didnÄt understand. For the sake of troubleshooting I asked you test each card alone with the other completely removed from the system

yes, it works perfectly, when only one card is connected, whatever it is, now when it is with two connected one of them the program does not manage the rgb.

or something that has been programmed to work with only one video card and not two and it is a pity that this problem happens.
Perhaps you as a moderator would be able to report this problem to msi to see if you can resolve it.
