UEFI deleting boot entry

I was attempting to dual-boot arch linux and it seemed that whenever I attemtped to add GRUB to the efi manager, it seems to delete upon reboot.

I believe I own an MSI Codex R2 A14NUD5-213US. My bios (according to msinfo32) is version 1.AC8.

[EDIT]: I am unsure which model I own, as the specs seem between the Codex R2 C14NUD7-234US and the Codex R2 B14NUC5-091US. It has the A cover, and I7, 32 Gb DDR5, 2TB storage, and some other things that don't match up with the specs table.

[EDIT AGAIN]: I (apparently) have a Codex R2 AI A2NVM7-469US
