i have a CYBORG 15 A12VF how do i switch from the uhd graphics to the graphic card

that laptop is not Equipped with a Mux Switch so all the Graphics Go through the Intel IGPU via NVIDIA Optimus so as its not got a MUX its impossible to make it only use the Dedicated GPU only as it has to pass all its DATA through the Intel GPU to output Anything.

Even if you could, you wouldn't want to do that anyways, since the HDMI uses the iGPU to output video and so does your laptop display.

If you want to bypass Intel GPU, you can connect to the external monitor via Type-C port.
Type-C port is connected to dGPU.
