This seems to be the one for your card, https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/224016/224016
Or this for the version with 8GB RAM, apparently already with UEFI support: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/228490/228490
1.The vBIOS i have already seen but i am a bit skeptical with that message at the top saying" This upload has not been verified by us in any way "
2.Say i connect the GPU to another system, can i grab its vBIOS using the GPU-Z and run it through the GPUupd tool. Would that work or there is extra steps needed.

That's just a standard disclaimer they put on there for newer uploads. Flashing a graphics card BIOS is something a bit advanced so it's never without risk. But usually they won't upload a BIOS to cause any additional trouble for people, they upload it to help people. About reading out the firmware/BIOS from your own card, i'm not exactly sure how that works, i haven't looked into it. But with a bit of googling it should be easy enough to find out.

Will try to find a PC and use it to flash it and then i will report back

So i did some digging around the internet.

If i pick up one of these chip programmer and i find the bios chip on the graphics and go ahead connect(or de-solder) the SOP8 Test Clip to the chip, will i be able to flash modified vbios that has the GOP?

Well, if the graphics card uses a similar BIOS chip as a mainboard does, then it should also work with that.
Forgot to update on this

So i managed to find another PC and put my graphics card in it and flash the modified vbios firmware to the card and from GPU-Z, UEFI was now checked. Took it back to my PC and still wasn't able to get a POST. So i went ahead with trying to flash back the original motherboard bios and did that and i was able to get it to POST into the OS finally. After some research found out that i had flashed the wrong BIOS. Even though i was sure it was it because i got it from MSI website, my board is a B450M-A Pro Max v1.1.0.0 and i had flashed the BIOS for B450M-A Pro Max v1.2.07.

That's interesting... can you link the two different boards, or BIOS downloads? Maybe you drew the wrong conclusions somehow, because i'm not aware of two different B450M-A Pro Max revisions that need two different BIOSes.

Got me beat as well

Ok. But that was not for a different board revision then. So what you meant was the AGESA microcode revision.

7C52v3B1 has AGESA ComboAm4v2PI 1.2.0.0
7C52v3G1 has AGESA ComboAm4v2PI 1.2.0.7

Usually, you want the newest AGESA microcode, because this is a "code update" for the CPU, directly from AMD.
The microcode gets loaded during the early boot phase and has fixes and improvements for the CPU.
So if you have problems with the 7C52v3G1(Beta version) BIOS, then i would go down to BIOS 7C52v3E first, which at least has AGESA 1.2.0.6c. Not to v3B.
Because these new AGESA revisions have bugfixes on top of what MSI themselves fix in their BIOS code.

Changelog of AGESA 1.2.0.6c (included in 7C52v3E):
- Security patch for Raven Ridge/Picasso APU
- Support 5800X3D
- Performance improvement

Changelog of AGESA 1.2.0.5 (included in 7C52v3D):
- Major vulnerabilities updates
This version was buggy though, see here.

Changelog of AGESA 1.2.0.2 (included in 7C52v3C):
- Improved USB device compatibility
- Fixed USB port dropout
- Fixed USB 2.0 audio crackling (e.g. DAC/AMP combos)
- Fixed USB/PCIe Gen 4 exclusion

Meanwhile, you are now on an old BIOS 7C52v3B with AGESA 1.2.0.0. And even on v3B1, which in MSI nomenclature is an earlier beta version of v3B final.

i wasn't aware of AGESA microcode revision. So 7C52v3G1 seems to have been released on 2022-07-15 according to MSI website. So if i flash it now, would it cause a problem? Forgot to mention that i picked up an RX6600XT as you suggested to use a GPU released after 2019.
