Unable to boot to Windows 11 USB drive

Pro Z790-P WIFI DDR4 (MS-7E06)

I used the Windows 11 Media Creation tool to put Windows 11 on a USB drive to install it but it won't recognize the drive.

Used Rufus with the ISO of Windows 11 provided by Microsoft but it gave me the error "Windows bootmgr encountered a security validation or internal error."

I can't find anything in the BIOS about Secure Boot. I would really appreciate some help on finding a solution so I can install Windows 11. Thanks!

Use the .ISO from Microsoft:

Download Windows 11

or the latest media creator tool from there.

Did you make the installation USB on another Windows machine?

And you're using the F11 boot menu to boot from the USB drive, right? Is the latest BIOS version installed?

use another computer to build the USB drive if problem persist usign RUFUS.
