Suddenly Gaming laptop will not connect to the internet from my bedroom. My phone and table and another laptop easily connect. Purchased an antenna for the gaming laptop but it did not help. But when I move the gaming laptop out of the bedroom it works fine. It worked just fine when I first got it, but lately it has not. Could there be a problem with the network card, new driver, etc? Love the computer exceopt for the internet problem.

Hello,
I'd recommend you to check your Wi-Fi's signal strength with an application that calls "NetSpot". There might be adjacent channel interference from your neighbors they might be using the same channel as your 5ghz or 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi broadcast. Afterward, you may think to manually assigning a channel from your router settings that is less crowded. You can also review where your router is placed, it's good to avoid placing the router close to appliances that emit electromagnetic waves.

What is the model you have?
Do you use 2.4GHz or 5GHz network?
Try to update the latest BT and WLAN driver on Intel website.
Or try the steps below.
Go to Device Manager > Network Adaptor > right click on "Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560" and select properties > then select "Advanced", and change 802.11n/ac Wireless Mode's value to "802.11n".
