Unable to enter secure boot

Doesn't pass reqt to install Windows 11
MSI MPG X570 Gaming Pro Carbon Wifi
AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT
Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe (boot/Windows)
Toshiba 2TB SATA

Bios currently set to Legacy+UEFI, but when I change to UEFI, it won't boot into Windows, just returns to BIOS screen. Tried Advanced ->Windows OS and changing CSM to UEFI and enabling Secure Boot, but again, never boots to Windows, just returns to BIOS screen.

if your OS previously installed under CSM mode, you need to set the BIOS to UEFI and reinstall the whole thing again.
You using win10 now and plan to upgrade to win11?
