Unable to install MSI center pro! tried multiple things.... no luck. Any tips?

When I get my laptop serviced from MSI service center MSI center pro was working but after I made a local reinstall of windows, Now msi center pro and msi help desk are not working. What should I do Have somebody solution

Did you try to perform MSI center pro clean installation?
You can refer to the official FAQ to perform it.

I have tried both the things clean installation manually and with using msi dragon center uninstaller but every time it asks to restart the device.

Before i bought my device to msi service center I have made a os reinstall many time every thing worked fine at that time but after getting it back from service center this problem arise.

have you tried the following steps?
1. uninstall msi center pro
2. uninstall msi sdk
3. delete folder "MSI" in C:/programdata/
4. restart your laptop
5. and then try to install MSI Center Pro again

just tried a new install with these steps but no gain.
When i install msi center pro It is installed in "C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\Onedragoncenter" Is that okay also my architecture is 64 bits but when i looked in windows task center msi center pro is 32 bits? does that makes an issue?

it looks weird to me.
try open system information, and check system manufacturer & baseboard manufacturer whether it show Micro-Star International Co., Ltd or not.
