Unable to raise support call

I tried to register my motherboard but it wanted a CHK code. As I have already installed the thing I cannot see the label.
It would be inconvenient and potentially risky, for at least two reasons, to disassemble the machine.
So I tried to raise a support call but it this now requires an MSI system info file of some sort.
It looked like this can be done using the MSI CPU-Z program so I ran this and attached the txt file but that did not work.
I got the following non grammatical response. "The system information text file is incorrect. Please export the system info by MSI Help Desk and upload the text file before you send the question". I suppose it might mean that MSI help desk has to produce the file somehow.
I think this procedure is unclear and potentially obstructive.
Please advise.
Thanks

You can register your motherboard through Dragon Center/MSI Center as well.
I'm not sure what is MSI Help Desk, just looked it up and found out it's an app for notebook? And it seems that it can export system information. Have you tried it yet?
