I’m stunned by the frustrating experience trying to reach customer support for MSI. I try to send support ticket yet I get getting rejection for supposedly not having correct serial number. I double checked and it’s indeed the correct serial number.
Why is that even needed? I’m just trying to update my email and MSI bizarrely does not allow email change when in account settings.
Also why does not just provide an email to contact instead of the hassle of a ”contact us” forum that does not even work.
Getting support by email shouldn’t be this difficult.
I also call and get no answer.
