got my GV62 7RD in an excellent condition, this notebook is a beast. tested it after 3 days usage. can handle AAA title games smoothly in ultra preset, efficient for video editing & rendering.
i am not a hardcore gamer, i bought this laptop for programming and simulation like matlab and artilicial intelligence training, fpga synthesis. so this laptop handles all these tasks very efficiently. happy to be MSI user. initially was confused between asus and msi but cooler boost technology attracted the most which made me user of MSI. so much happy!!!

soon will upload benchmark video for different games.
Build quality: The first thing that I notice in any gadget is the build quality. On that front, I'm completely happy about buying my first msi product. For this price range, this is flawless. I love the way the bottom part in built, it's very study and feels premium. That premium feel exists in the lid too, but unfortunately it doesn't feel as study, there is a bit too much flex for my liking. Overall it's a topnotch build.
Keyboard: The most surprising aspect actually. On paper it doesn't have the kind of specs it's competitors like Asus have, but in real life usage, this has surpassed all expectations. Having said that, I'm personally disappointed with the red only headlight, msi could improve on this front.
Specs: What can I say really? Best possible processor a laptop can have, best graphic card you can get in this price range, 8 GB of ram and a slot to expand it, a TB of hard disk to top it all. Having said that if msi had an option of 250GB SSD instead, I would have definitely gone for that.
Display: One of the aspects of the laptop that don't blow your mind. Don't get me wrong, it's good, but not mind blowing it anything. It will do the job, if it doesn't, you should get that 4k monitor and make use of that matrix display.
Audio: I have seen some reviews complaining on this front, not sure why though. It's a laptop speaker anyway, for a laptop speaker, the current ones do the job pretty well. Although, I must say that I'm not a big fan of fancy brands like 'Nahimic, Dolby Atoms, Beats, yada yada'. From my experience with audio gadgets, you very what you pay for, no matter the brand.
Battery: It's a gaming laptop, I guess you'll get around 2 hours on intense gaming.
Cooler Booster: Those fans are want people say they are. They instantly drop the temperature by 10. Really good. If course, you should expect them to do the battery at a faster rate.
