One morning, I got a message from my friend that MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming 4G GDDR5 Video Card is only $269.99 at the nearest Micro Center. I got up and quickly did some research then I decided to buy it to replace my gtx 460. It ran out of stock 2 days after I bought it.
First of all, typical good-looking high-quality MSI Gaming Series box:

Cool features and utilities like Torx Fan, SuperSU Pipe, Zero Frozr, Gaming Apps along with the specifications are presented at the back of the box:

Inside the black package, you can find a driver and utility CD with utilities MSI Gaming Apps, Xplit Gamecaster, MSI Live Update and OBS multi-platfrom, a quick start guide and a 6-pin to 8-pin adapter. You can also download the latest driver and utilities from nVidia and MSI official website. Beneath the black package is the graphic card surrounded by black poly foam to prevent damaging along with a "Thank you for choosing a MSI product" message and a link to register the card. You can find the serial number on the side of the box printed on a white sticker.

Unwrap the anti-static bag, you can see the typical red and black theme of MSI gaming series graphic card. You can clearly see 2 100mm fans which are the TwinFrozr V cooler and massive nickel-plated cooper base plate connected to shiny Super Pipes (8mm heat pipes). The Zero Frozr technology allows the fans to only run while under load and stop while idle or light gaming for silent profile. Finally, is the awesome  LED MSI dragon logo which can be controlled by the MSI Gaming App. You can find the SLI connector right next to the LED MSI dragon logo. You can also find a HDMI, 2 DVIs and a full-size display port. Unfortunately, there is no backplate for this card from MSI. This card requires a 6-pin and an 8-pin connector. Remember to remove the seal and rubber cover before installation.

The graphic card is easy to install. After installation:

LED on with 5 unique modes such as Breathing, Flashing, Double Flashing and Random.
