This is an overview article about the recent MSI laptop I bought. I used my previous laptop for the past 8 years until it became unusable and I finally had to make my mind into buying a good laptop for coding as well as gaming.
When I started my research, this MSI Beast caught my eye. The model is MSI GL62M 7REX. I did search for this in local MSI stores as well as online retailers. Finally on one fine morning, I bought it at a stellar price of 68k from PayTM.
I haven't clicked many photos but here are a few to give you an idea about this machine.
This is the main box in which the Notebook and other accessories are kept.

You can see the fingerprint on the very first day of use at the bottom left which I will mention later on.

It has a 4 GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti which is a beast.
After one week of use, I can say It can run any graphic intensive game with a pretty high settings and very good frame rate. The system is very fast ( courtesy the PCI-E Gen3 SSD 128 GB). System boots within seconds. It has backlit Keyboard powered by SteelSeries, though not RGB backlit. the Nahimic powered sound system is also very decent, however, I couldn't find any option to enable the sub-woofer mentioned in the manual. the body is good quality plastic but very much fingerprint magnet. Even after using for only one week, i can see spots in many places.
Finally, for a price of 68k in India, I can't be more happy to have bought this Notebook..... It's perfect for my daily needs, for gaming, coding, watching movies.
I will get back to you with more updates about this notebook in coming days if found anything interesting.
