underclock and undervolt the msi rx 6600 xt oc mech 2x 8g oc

i didn't want or need an overclocked graphics card, it' just what was available on the market
i understand afterburner is a popular program to change these variables
so, if i use afterburner, what is the minimum stable configuration that i can set this card to
like, the newest game i have is skyrim se. my monitor is ten years old. i'm not expecting to experience any type of interplanetary travel. i want to minimize my settings (power usage), and still have a stable card

The best bet is to watch some Youtube Vids on how to OC or undervolt that GPU

But it is just this slider to reduce power

Or this one you will need to expmerment with this one as it varies from GPU to GPU but 1100mv should work ok

47c won't even turn the fans on they tend to turn on around 60c or so
Normal gaming temp for that GPU if it is working well under gaming load will be about 80c
