How can I undervolt with Throttlestop, I installed it but it doesn't let me check UNLOCK ADJUSTABLE VOLTAGE when I turn on FIVR, I entered the advanced mode in the BIOS, I would activate the OC PROCESSOR, BUT I DON'T HAVE THE XMP OPTION. Thanks!

As I know, MSI laptop does not support XMP function. If you want to underclock, the easiest way is to adjust the User scenario from MSI Center.
