Undervolting 12th Gen Intel Windows 11 22H22

Just wanted to throw this in here...since I updated my GP66 12UGS to Windows 22H22, I can no longer undervolt my CPU.
I'm using ThrottleStop and it indicates at the top of the undervolt section of FIVR..."Not Available".
I have verified isolation core, verified BIOS settings, RESET laptop, uninstalled and re installed several times ThrottleStop, but to no avail.
On one occasion, that ThrottleStop was uninstalled, I undervolted in the BIOS, but still no go!
Of course, my 10th, 9th, 8th, 7th and 6th Gen all undervolt as before.
Thanks for any input.
EDIT: Only 12th, 10th, 9th and 8th Gen are on Windows 11, the others Windows 10

I already know about those options, I don't want to castrate the CPU, but to control it, thank you.
But in TS I already disable the TURBO when on battery!

Well after a tedious search, I finally found a solution on a competitor's blog of how to bypass the inability to undervolt 12th Gen CPUs.
Not an expected solution that gives 100% of the previous undervolt option, but it works the same, so PROBLEM SOLVED!
Not 100% of what I expected, but it works, sure would of liked that MSI would have came up with this solution!

Well after a tedious search, I finally found a solution on a competitor's blog of how to bypass the inability to undervolt 12th Gen CPUs.
Not an expected solution that gives 100% of the previous undervolt option, but it works the same, so PROBLEM SOLVED!
Not 100% of what I expected, but it works, sure would of liked that MSI would have came up with this solution!

Overclocking Lock - Disabled in Bios
CFG Lock- Disabled
Overclock Performance menu - Enabled
Processor P-core voltage offset -80 mV
Virtualization-Based Security (VBS) in Windows 11 - Disabled
IVT and VT-D In Bios - Disabled
But the actual offset is not implemented in the system and the offset readings in HW monitor is a clear evidence that it is not in effect.
Additionally Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU) undervolting feature is not available ( grey scale) and also showing offset 0.
Please advice how to actual implement the offset.

You can thank Intel for giving MS and MSI the info on how to block
You can thank MSI for doing nothing, since they want to keep the UV for only the i9, 13th Gen crowd!

I guess you still haven't found a way to Undervolt a locked processor, have you?

It's frustrating to have an i7-12700H that heats up like a beast and not be able to undervolt it. Intel's excuse? Plundervolt, but if it allows to do it in the HK, what difference in terms of a vulnerability is there with an H or P? It's the perfect excuse to force you to go for a HX processor.
