Undervolting 12th Gen Intel Windows 11 22H22

Hi, wow so dedication after long time.

I have i7 12700H / Katana GF76 12UE.
I have done some basic in past time

but either way i've eventually dropped on "disable turbo" (some games we OK some were just above my heatly temp treshold),to late i realized what i've bough for laptop with these restrictions..

I also will do in a few weeks another clean up of dust and probably should ready on thermal paste since from i've bought i've never really done that due to my inexeprience
(but never checked how provider, from which i've bought, made it / which quality.. )

I might know what you offer, since this isn't my first time i've checking this, but i still would like to Ask if you please still provide advice around secondary way of "undervolting".
(Tho i'm afraid of cpu longlivity if it's what i think it might be)

Well I sent you a PM with a more detailed modification to perform, don't forget to check out the links also!
But for a quick modification of settings in ThrottleStop, uncheck Disable Turbo,
set PL1/PL2 to 58/68W (If you play mostly older games you can reduce it to 50/60W)
set Turbo Time Limit to 40 (you can reduce to 28, if you want even cooler CPU, but not lower)

@drek4 Msi Katana 17, i have the i7-13620h, with the 4070. Would like to undervolt...was there a bios update lately so that we can offset each core? if not is there a work around? I've managed to go to the advanced bios...
