Undervolting 12th Gen Intel Windows 11 22H22

Just wanted to throw this in here...since I updated my GP66 12UGS to Windows 22H22, I can no longer undervolt my CPU.
I'm using ThrottleStop and it indicates at the top of the undervolt section of FIVR..."Not Available".
I have verified isolation core, verified BIOS settings, RESET laptop, uninstalled and re installed several times ThrottleStop, but to no avail.
On one occasion, that ThrottleStop was uninstalled, I undervolted in the BIOS, but still no go!
Of course, my 10th, 9th, 8th, 7th and 6th Gen all undervolt as before.
Thanks for any input.
EDIT: Only 12th, 10th, 9th and 8th Gen are on Windows 11, the others Windows 10
