If anyone is experiencing high temps when playing demanding games and is having issue under-volting, please consider lowering your max frame rate in the NVIDIA Control Panel.

I have mine set down to 80FPS, its good enough for me. It keeps my CPU and GPU temps down.

Well after a tedious search, I finally found a solution on a competitor's blog of how to bypass the inability to undervolt 12th Gen CPUs.
Not an expected solution that gives 100% of the previous undervolt option, but it works the same, so PROBLEM SOLVED!
Not 100% of what I expected, but it works, sure would of liked that MSI would have came up with this solution!
