Undervolting

Hello, i have the Stealth 16 ai studio av1fg with an intel core ultra 7 155h and rtx 4060, i want to underolt the cpu as the temps get too high and ideally the gpu aswell, would love some help.

Hello I have stealth 16 ai studio a1vig with an Ultra 9 185H that runs real hot can you please help me configure it please?

Recently i got Stealth 14 AI, but it's U7 155H always heat up to 90° Celsius and higher. So tired of this, wanna make undervolt but don't know how.
