Undervolting

Hello, i have the Stealth 16 ai studio av1fg with an intel core ultra 7 155h and rtx 4060, i want to underolt the cpu as the temps get too high and ideally the gpu aswell, would love some help.

Recently i got Stealth 14 AI, but it's U7 155H always heat up to 90° Celsius and higher. So tired of this, wanna make undervolt but don't know how.

Hello Im haveing the same issue with my: Vector 16HXA14VIG, Intel i9-14900hx, rtx 4090, with 64gb of ram and a 2TB samsung ssd 990Pro can you help please? I hate to think I spent alot of money on this just to be a paperwait. I do play alot of AAA games mainly.
 
Drek I have had a stealth 16 vig with the 185h and the 4090 since march , is there any settings to help me lower the temps?
