Unusual loss in battery Capacity

It is hard to use the software for judging the battery voltage and get a precise number. The overall power consumption might have the difference. If you are worry about the battery capacity, you might need to check with MSI and let them help identify the battery capability.

It's even worse by now, new lappy, battery was trash from the start, and my store told me to f*ck off while MSI support wants me to send the whole laptop rather than just battery for replacement.

F*ck this, i'm collecting money for a new battery (they cost 130$ - non knockoff that is), and doubt i'll dabble into MSI laptops after this one.

Pretty (un)funny how the capacity jumps however the hell it wants, one day i can only use my machine for 40 minutes at best, another 2 hours.

Still i'd like my 4 hours back tyvm.
