Unwanted Software Promo Pops up

I don't want to install Norton 360 on my PC, but MSI center continue popups for, how to deal this to stop?
 
I am pretty sure it should stop after one or two clicks declining installation.
What system do you have and what version of MSI Center are you on?
 
So far it keeps asking. If it keeps asking, i'll probably have to uninstall MSI center unfortunately
 
Try right clicking MSI Center and selecting Run as Administrator, that has helped in the past to get rid of the popups.
