If the second BIOS works, you can boot from it. And with a trick, you can then flash the other BIOS (the non-responding one) with a different version, for example the newest beta BIOS.

That would be done like this:

So you would download BIOS H.B to get the AFUDE561.EXE (i don't think you need the 238 version explicitly), then download the newest BIOS HH2 to get the BIOS update file itself.
Then proceed like above, command is AFUDE561.EXE E7885IMS.HH2
