Update failed 271QPX

Hello I need help I would like to update my screen to the FW.029 version but with the msi firmware update software it fails me every time I try. I tried with administrator mode but it doesn't work. It says at bottom left ISP OFF. Could someone help me ?

Please confirm the firmware version this moment on OSD menu.

It is must be FW.012 or latest.

Hello, I waited 2 days and finally I was able to update fw.029. The msi 271qpx supports software updates. In the osd I can't see the software version

Okay, but it's okay, I've done the FW.029 update. It worked.
