I have a Gaming pro Carbon wifi MPG X570 and MS 4136 TPM 2.o chip on the header. When I run tpm.msc I get the manufacture version to be 3.94.0.5. This is not sufficient to play Ranked Cod as per https://support.activision.com/articles/trusted-platform-module-and-secure-boot#BiosFirmwareGuidance I cannot find a way to flash this chips firmware, yet MSI sell this on their website. Is there a firmware flash tool? my BIOS is up to date but as the chip didn't come with the Mobo I don't think it's updating the chip.... please help

v3.94.0.5 is the AMD firmware TPM version from the CPU, so your system is not running with the hardware Infineon TPM chip on 4136.
Try to enter BIOS setup menu, set TPM type as dTPM and check again.

I will check with MSI if there is a Tool to flash

There is no tool to update the MSI 4136 TPM module.

MSI have advised to remove the TPM module and use the normal on CPU fTPM

Power off the PC and remove the Descret TPM module
Once removed, do a Clear CMOS boot to BIOS
Use M-Flash to update to lates BIOS for your board
Do this step even if you have the latest BIOS installed
Once BIOS is updated, set EXPO and any other normal BIOS settings you use. Leave TPM at the default settings.

I don't know—if he says the fTPM version isn't sufficient to run this game, then reflashing the same BIOS probably won't help much...

A little sidestep. What is the reason to flash the same BIOS again? Will it reset certain settings or something along those lines?
To make sure the fTPM is updated to the latest
Sometimes, reflashing the same BIOS can fix some issues
