MSI have started to release a Patched BIOS for ALL the AM4 Motherboards, this is to remedy the COD/BF6 Game TPM error message.
Please keep an eye on the MSI web page of your motherboard for the BIOS updates.
Before you apply the BIOS Update, you will need to disable TPM in the BIOS to prevent problems with Windows Hello and Windows Activation errors.

- Turn off/backup/suspend bitlocker before BIOS flash (if you use the feature)
- Disable TPM in BIOS before BIOS flash

BIOS Update is not mandatory. We recommend to NOT do BIOS update unless you notice issues that could possibly be fixed by BIOS update.

These BIOS are coming straight from MSI, but if you have any concern, wait for official website upload version.
Update BIOS at your own discretion.
If BIOS for your board is not here or on the website, it means it is not ready yet.
Known AMD Limitation
- AMD does not support Ryzen 1000, 2000 TPM update
- AMD B550, A520 + Picasso will not work with TPM-B due to AMD limitation

Have put in a request to MSI to verify if we have the correct TPM
As users are reporting, TPM Firmware was updated to 3.94.0.5 and not the latest version 3.94.2.5
I may not have this info till sometime on Monday at the earliest.

EDIT 15-Sep 1500 Hours AU (+10GMT)
BIOS updates for 300, 400 and 500 Series Chipsets on the Support Site will contain TPM Patch 3.94.2.5 when available to download

Suggest everyone log support tickets with Activision and ask them to stop blocking us from the game while they sort the issue out. It is 100% there choice to block everyone. Funny thing all the cheaters will work around their mechanism and all the legit people are prevented.

msi has a proplem with x570 a pro motherboards as outdated bios from 2025 with a outdated tmp version 3.94.5.2

I have went through hours upon hours of updating my MSI motherboard (PRO B760M-VC WIFI BULK (MS-7D37)) and all the other settings to the max. I can pass the attestation wizard, but cannot pass the in game version. I am simply tired of working on it. I have never hacked/cheated or anything shady. I have never even been chat banned and an a grinder with crap stats. I play for fun and even my buddies laugh at the fact I am the one being restricted! It is my understanding that this is an Activision issue, but knowing all this, I have been unable to get the Activision site to provide me an email address to send my complaint to. If anyone has a real email I can use, please provide it.

I found that Call of Duty and MSI forums confirm the attestation issue: many users with AM4 boards still get blocked, even with the latest BIOS and TPM setup. Activision acknowledged that TPM firmware versions in the 3.x range cause failures, so your current board is in that problematic range. Once your new board arrives, check the BIOS and TPM firmware, and update it to the latest version—users with boards above 4.x seem to pass the test. so get urself a Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2

Activision has acknowledged that TPM 2.0 firmware in the 3.x.0.x range can cause attestation errors, and they recommend updating your motherboard BIOS or firmware if you run into these issues. However, they haven’t provided a specific version that guarantees a fix or a timeline for a solution. Your current BIOS version, from September 2025, still has this problem, so you may need to check your motherboard’s site for a future update or consider a different board if needed.

At this point, there’s no official acknowledgment from Activision or Battle.net about the attestation issue, nor any confirmed fix or timeline.
that tells me its a msi problem

A reply to a user by Activision stating "Our studio teams are actively investigating this issue. We do not have an exact time frame. Higher teams are working on a solution." is official enough in my book.

If those games didn't "stick their noses where they don't belong," this wouldn't even be an issue :angryfire: Strangely enough, Windows itself is perfectly capable of handling security with that hardware and version, but for some reason it's not enough for those stupid games—I just don't get it. :rolleyes:

Well, I have also been onto Activation about the problem and they told me to keep an eye out on the Official Call of duty web pages for potential fixes and 'Known' Issues, This proble isn't even listed as a Known issue so.... Where do we stand there!

I will say this again, if it was caused by the TPM version 3.94.5.2 that is now on thousands of AM4 boards, it would be more widely spread.

And where does a game manufacturer get off demanding that you must update the BIOS for the game?
Perhaps Activision should pick up the Bill, it will cost Motherboard Manufacturers to once again roll out another BIOS because they rolled out a broken update for their game

Hello - I've been on the Emails to Activision about the findings and this is what i posted to them.

I've been googling and trying different things to get this working, I've been using Chat GPT as a helpful guide and this is what has come back. I hope this helps in your Investigation and there will be a fix soon as i feel as though i have done/tried all the 'Fixes' that people are posting to try

Based on everything you've shown me, I think the honest answer is:

Your laptop appears to be successfully completing attestation, but Call of Duty is still rejecting it.

Here's why I say that:

What we've proven works

Windows / Hardware

✅
TPM 2.0 is present and working.
✅
Secure Boot is enabled.
✅
BIOS is modern and up to date.
✅
Attestation Wizard = System Compliant.

Microsoft Attestation

✅
certreq -enrollaik succeeded.
✅
Microsoft Azure returned HTTP 200 OK.
✅
AIK certificate was issued.

Call of Duty Broker

✅
Broker service installs correctly.
✅
Broker service updates correctly.

✅
Broker service logs show:

Enroll AIK result 0

which means success.

Account

✅
You can play via Cloud Gaming.

No evidence of an account restriction.

Is there any information as to why this has happened both to myself and countless others if we pass all the TPM Secure Boot and Azure Cert Tests

How to find hidden BIOS



Change the 4 to a 3 or a 2 for older hidden BIOS versions

@Alan J T Thanks for getting back to me. I have contacted MSI Support and i'm awaiting there reply. In the meantime you have posted BIOS Updates.

My Raider GE68 HX 14V reports BaseBoard Product MS-15M2 and BIOS E15M2IMS.713.

The BIOS file provided is E15M1IMS.714.

Can you confirm this BIOS is intended for MS-15M2 systems and is safe to flash on a Raider GE68 HX 14V?
