MSI have started to release a Patched BIOS for ALL the AM4 Motherboards, this is to remedy the COD/BF6 Game TPM error message.
Please keep an eye on the MSI web page of your motherboard for the BIOS updates.
Before you apply the BIOS Update, you will need to disable TPM in the BIOS to prevent problems with Windows Hello and Windows Activation errors.

- Turn off/backup/suspend bitlocker before BIOS flash (if you use the feature)
- Disable TPM in BIOS before BIOS flash

These BIOS are coming straight from MSI, but if you have any concern, wait for official website upload version.
Update BIOS at your own discretion.
If BIOS for your board is not here or on the website, it means it is not ready yet.
Known AMD Limitation
- AMD does not support Ryzen 1000, 2000 TPM update
- AMD B550, A520 + Picasso will not work with TPM-B due to AMD limitation

Have put in a request to MSI to verify if we have the correct TPM
As users are reporting, TPM Firmware was updated to 3.94.0.5 and not the latest version 3.94.2.5
I may not have this info till sometime on Monday at the earliest.

EDIT 15-Sep 1500 Hours AU (+10GMT)
BIOS updates for 300, 400 and 500 Series Chipsets on the Support Site will contain TPM Patch 3.94.2.5 when available to download

All: I finally resolved my Call of Duty / RICOCHET attestation problem after nearly three months of troubleshooting, and I wanted to document it here because in my case the MSI BIOS and AMD fTPM were not actually the remaining problem.

My system is an MSI X570-A PRO with AMD fTPM. TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, UEFI, measured boot, and the current BIOS/fTPM configuration were all healthy. Windows itself reported the machine as capable of attestation, yet Call of Duty continued to fail secure attestation.

The eventual problem appeared to be an existing application-specific TPM key container named ActivisionAIK that had become stale or otherwise invalid.

I did NOT clear the TPM, reset Secure Boot keys, reinstall Windows, or change...

can we get a stable B450M-A PRO MAX II's bios update that support the 3.94.2.5 manufacture version ? the latest stable version only support 3.94.0.5
which is not supported by Faceit ( a third party counter strike 2 server hosting platform )

i dont want to rely on the testing update

I wouldn't plan a final, the Beta has been there since September. If you want the TPM update just install it. Beta doesn't mean it is not stable.

To further @dvair's comment. Given the fact that the beta from September 2025 is still on offer it means that there have not been shortcomings found that made MSI withdraw it. Betas are not as bad as they may seem. O0

Hi all,

I'm still getting "Failed Attestation Status" / BIOS Firmware Update Required error from RICOCHET Anti-Cheat's Microsoft Azure Attestation (MAA) check. This locks me out of ranked/most playlists and restricts me to Nuketown 24/7 only. The error persists even after a full BIOS update.

My Setup:
Intel Ultra 7 270K
32GB Ram
My Motheboard is an MSI MAG B860 Tomahawk Wifi

Steps already taken:
  1. Updated motherboard BIOS to the latest available stable version (7E39v1BA0)
  2. Confirmed TPM 2.0 is enabled and shows "Ready" in tpm.msc
  3. Confirmed Secure Boot is enabled (checked via msinfo32)
  4. Confirmed BIOS Mode is UEFI, not Legacy
  5. Cleared TPM (via tpm.msc) and rebooted
  6. Re-ran the official Call of Duty Secure Attestation Wizard — all checks reported as passing/green
  7. Verified disk is GPT, not MBR
  8. Error still shows after all of the above — no change

Can i do more or do i have to wait it out?

Everyone with this issue should demand a refund for the game, then maybe they will fix their buggy software.

Well, not really, but if you remove your current OS drive and install Windows on a different one it may fix the problem Activision has caused

Activision support reached out to me and the developers know about the issue and will (hopefully) fix it by the upcoming updates they said.

For now the affected motherboards are doomed.

I found a fix that worked for me!

Reinstall windows with an usb ( just download the new media creation tool).
Remove everything and install it like new.

When you have installed the new windows, download all the drivers via MSI Center or the Support tab from your Motherboard.
When you have installed all the drivers go to Call of Duty and verify it if you have it on another drive.
When you redownload it you don't have to verify it.

Now click play and it will prompt you to update or install a couple of things.
Wait for everything to install.

Start up Call of duty and the message is gone for me.


I hope this will help some of you that have this problem also.

In Official Site no new bios update for B350 Tomahawk Plus.
Downloaded BIOS from MSI Tool Summary Google Drive

Got TPM Manufacturer Version 3.94.0.5 (3.*.0.*)

maybe i'm doing something wrong?
