I BOUGHT INTEL i5 -9400F PROCESSOR AND MOTHERBOARD H310M-PRO-VH-PLUS
ON THE BOX OF MOTHERBOARD IT SAYS IT SUPPORTS INTEL 8TH GEN. BUT IN OFFICIAL SPECIFICATION ITS WRITTEN THAT THIS MOTHERBOARD SUPPORTS 9TH GEN INTEL PROCESSORS TOO .
I AM BUILDING NEW PC , I WANT TO KNOW ,
1. CAN I INSTALL i5 PROCESSOR , RAM AND OTHER THINGS BEFORE UPDATING BIOS ? I WILL INSTALL WINDOWS 10 FIRST THEN CAN I UPDATE BIOS ?WILL IT WORK ?
2. CAN I INSTALL i5 PROCESSOR , RAM AND THEN UPDATE BIOS BY M-FLASH WITHOUT INSTALLING WINDOWS.
OR
I HAVE AN OLD INTEL i3 2ND GEN PROCESSOR , CAN I USE IT IN THIS MOTHERBOARD THEN UPDATE BIOS , THEN INSTALL i5 IN IT?
please help me

Please do not use caps all the time.
You can see supported CPUs here:

1. CAN I INSTALL i5 PROCESSOR , RAM AND OTHER THINGS BEFORE UPDATING BIOS ?
you can't update the BIOS without CPU or RAM
you need a working computer to able to update the BIOS

I WILL INSTALL WINDOWS 10 FIRST THEN CAN I UPDATE BIOS ?WILL IT WORK ?
yes or better update it before OS install

2. CAN I INSTALL i5 PROCESSOR , RAM AND THEN UPDATE BIOS BY M-FLASH WITHOUT INSTALLING WINDOWS.
yes, you can

I HAVE AN OLD INTEL i3 2ND GEN PROCESSOR , CAN I USE IT IN THIS MOTHERBOARD THEN UPDATE BIOS , THEN INSTALL i5 IN IT?
2nd gen means 2xxx series? if so no.
check the supported CPUs from the link that I sent you above.
however the board probably should be able to boot with i5 -9400F, check the QVL list
