I think the disassembly guide you mention doesn't pertains to one with the model: B10MW-220IN laptop currently that I have. MSI Kolkata(Calcutta/WestBengal/India) service center has confirmed me that there are 2 separate slots for RAM in THIS PARTICULAR MODEL of Laptop.

I didn't find any link in YouTube of disassembly(rather opening this PARTICULAR BRAND of LAPTOP by MSI).
If you do find, kindly share it with me.
So, have you upgraded 2 RAM on your laptop?
If yes, could you share the system information exported from Creator Center?

No bro. I didn't upgrade the RAM. That is because,MSI Kolkata/Calcutta center is insisting on attaching a SAMSUNG or HYNIX DDR4 RAM(1.2v) only. Gskill,Corsair,Crucial,ADATA,Kingston, etc. won't be entertained. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????????????????????????? F*ck!!!!!!!!!!!

I am purchasing a HP laptop. I shall attach my new ADATA 8GB DDR4 RAM(Purchased through Amazon)onto it.
YES, MSI store of Kolkata has again confirmed that B10MW-220IN laptop(Modern 14) has 2 RAM slots. GENUINELY.

Okay, there is much evidence that shows that your laptop can support up to 2 rams.
I just according to the spec, the HW design to judge it only has 1 ram slot, and I still believe I'm right.
So in this case, you can just disassemble the laptop and put another ram in it.
or find a store or service center to do it if you have a concern about the warranty.
Then you can share the result with us.

Sorry to see, that you haven't gone through our previous discussions.
Yes, Modern B10MW Laptop (INDIAN VERSION) has 2 RAM slots, and 1 pcie nvme (form factor 2280) ssd slot.
Is there any separate SATA-III ssd slot in this laptop? Please confirm.

Friend no need to argue with you. I gave you various facts, info and proof about the B10MW-220IN(INDIAN VERSION) of this MSI Modern series laptop. Afraid to mention,IT HAS 2 RAM SLOTS!!!!!

Only a query.
Does this MSI Modern 14 B10MW-220IN has a separate SATA-III ssd slot?

"1x M.2 SSD Combo slot (NVMe PCIe Gen3 / SATA)"
The combo slot should support SATA 3.
btw if you have already put another ram on your laptop, please share the system info.
I can't understand why MSI takes sides with India by giving you more ram slots than others.

FORGIVE me my Friend!!!
With my heads down,I ADMIT,that there is only 1 RAM slot in B10MW-220IN,which I owe.
This was clearly ASCERTAINED/CONFIRMED by MSI India (Central) office-cum- service center.

I am very Sorry and Regret for my words.

But,what about the screenshots of different apps and tools,I shared with you?
Clearly it is mentioned that there are 2 memory banks, out of which 1 is occupied.

I think MSI put the wrong information in bios which also gives the system the wrong state.
Maybe you can try to update bios if they find the bug.

But why the Crucial Scanner Program is showing Slots: 2(2 Banks of 1) under RAM slot?
As I said, the laptop shows the wrong number of RAM slots even in bios, you won't get any correct information in OS.
Try to update the latest bios from msi website to check if they fix the issue.
