Hello,
I recently purchased the MSI GF63 3050 laptop equipped with the 11th Gen Intel processor and was eager to set up a dual monitor workstation with my Dell WD15 docking station. The goal was to use the USB-C port for connecting my monitors via the docking station, but unfortunately, the docking station fails to output video signals when connected via USB Type-C. I've thoroughly tested the USB-C port with various peripherals (e.g., external hard drives, mice, and keyboards), all of which work fine. However, when attempting to use the docking station, neither monitor receives any signal.
What I’ve already tried:
Can anyone share insights or suggestions? Is there a specific configuration or firmware update that I might have missed? Any advice or advanced troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated, as I’m relying on dual monitors for my workflow.
Thanks in advance!

What I’ve already tried:
- Verified that the USB-C port on the GF63 is indeed functioning by connecting other devices.
- Installed the latest drivers from MSI’s official website, including chipset and USB drivers.
- Attempted to connect via both DisplayPort and HDMI ports on the docking station—still no signal on either monitor.
- Verified the Dell WD15 docking station works with other devices, including older laptops with USB-C ports.
- Tried multiple USB-C cables that support video output, all yielding the same result.
