USB keeps attaching/detaching Windows 11.

Hello,
New PC running Windows 11 and B550 Tomahawk with no bios setting changes other than enabling memory profile.

Every now and again my usb hub detaches, windows beeps, then reattaches almost immediately (I think it's keyboard, but not 100%). This is a brand new computer and fresh install of Windows.

1. All updates are done
2. All usb controllers set to not allow Windows to turn off device
3. Suspend mode disabled on usb
4. USB front header removed (i.e. no usb other than built in)
5. Tried new keyboard/mouse
6. Deleted all usb hosts, devices, etc, reinstalled and updated software

Any ideas?
btw, I tried to check if my bios was up to date, but the files at the website have no resemeblance to the bios stated in my mobo bios screen. I'm on E7C91AMS.A50 (19/01/2021) according to the bios screen compared to the latest one at the website that says 7C91vA8

You was in the correct place
and it was the bios you wanted it just not have the Zero on the end. As BIOS 7C91vA5 did not quit fix USB problems but the version with 7C91vA7 did fix it for my B550 board
You may want to skip BIOS 7C91vA8 for now as some have had a problem with it but Bios Version 7C91vA7 is Working OK no problems reported in the forums

Hi,
as Alan already wrote, your BIOS version is known for USB problems. So an update is strongly recommended.
If there are still problems after the update, I would check the PSU.

I have the same problem with the B450M MORTAR on Windows 10 64bit. Mouse someteimes freezes for a sec or so. Every now and then I get the USB hub detaching, windows beeps, then reattaches almost immediately. Exactly as posted above. Alredy changed USB-Ports etc - no change. I have this problem with the actual Firmware 7B89v1H5, so i downgraded to 7B89v1H4 but still the same issue. Firmware is still marked as beta, so I hope you wil come up with a stable firmware soon. I can't go back to last stable firmware since this does not support my Ryzen 9. Any other workarounds?

OK have a look on the new Moderator Site should be BIOS version 1.2.0.3 on there I think
It has only just been put up and is being worked on MSI Moderator Tools and BIOS Site
