USB Left side stop working after EC Reset

Hi,
I have an MSI Vector GP68 12VHX. I recently formatted the system and performed an EC reset. After that, the USB-C port on the left side stopped working.
This USB-C port has a Thunderbolt icon next to it (I assume it is a Thunderbolt port) and also a battery/charging icon. The USB-C port on the other side still works normally.
I checked the BIOS but couldn’t find any setting related to Thunderbolt or USB-C. I also updated to the latest BIOS version, but the issue remains.
Does anyone know if this port depends on a specific driver, firmware, or BIOS/EC setting? Or could the EC reset have disabled something?

Is there any yellow bang under the device manager?
Make sure you've installed the drivers.
