Used Steam gift card from MSI Rewards

Redeemed the 12$ Steam gift card for 600 points from MSI Rewards, waited about 3 days to receive a used code that didn't work. Did I just get scammed or is this some issue?

Are you making fools of us? Give the man a normal e-mail to whom we should write, because MSI just cheated us. I wrote on member@msi-rewards.com,
unfortunately the inbox rejects any messages.
this is a user to user forum so we have no more control then you do all you can do is contact MSI and wait on a Reply from them as there is absolutely nothing we can do as its the support teams at MSI ITSELF that can do anything that end so whining here does nothing as there is nothing we can do.

complaining here and saying to tell us who exactly to contact and wanting there EMAIL is not going to happen as for one we have no idea who To even send you to and if we did that would not be public and giving that sort of thing out is against Privacy policy so NO its not happening.

all you can do is put in a support ticket and wait for a reply and beyond that there is nothing we can tell you to do as its a problem on MSI's website end and internally with there web team.

if you keep being combative then we will have to escalate what to do with you so >>Please read and comply with the Forum Rules.<<

There is no such thing as a "support ticket" relating to such matters. You can only submit an RMA. This is the problem of your support policy. If it were transparent it wouldn't be such a mess.
As you can see, my case is not isolated and MSI washes her hands. Are you scaring me with something? You sink into your helplessness to the very bottom.

I have already warned you to not be combative but your still continuing. i know your frustrated but like I said there is nothing we can do so continuing like this will just make us bring down the hammer on you as we do not allow people being combative against other users , moderators or admins.

so either follow the rules in the link above and stop being argumentative and combative when there is nothing we can do about it or face the consequences.

It was necessary to say right away that you do not have any powers given by MSI. That the support program does not work, that you do not know any e-mail to settle and resolve the dispute. I am not fighting with you in any way, I just want to find out why we have been deceived. Why did MSI take a point from our account and then failed to comply with the rules? We have one regulations and they apply to everyone. Conducting discussions in such a way that you either write as WE want you to or we will ban you is disgusting. Once upon a time there was a man in the world who acted like this. Therefore, I am finishing and will not be involved here anymore. I will write mine anyway in the media and it is not scary or dangerous, but only with respect for other potential customers. At this point, I regret spending the money to buy hardware from MSI. Never again, for how I was treated here, but also other users. Now ... ban master!

we can do noting about rewards
we have no contacts for rewards
all we can do is get you to ask MSI Directly as they hold all the cards.

with the rewards it may be a problem on there end where its just not cycling the cods or maybe they have them all with very close numbers and some one has worked that out and has gone grabbing as many as possible and if its that then you need to let MSI Know so they can get new ones and that yours is not valid.

its not always 100% a scam there can be other things going on and all we can do is tell you to contact MSI

best way to get there attention probably is PM that problem to all the MSI accounts you can find for rewards on twitter and see if any of them can help you out.
